Terrible customer service
I ordered the Leah 50" desk and it came without two holes drilled on one side to attach the legs. When I emailed the support desk with pictures of the desk and a copy of my order confirmation, they wrote this back:
"The photos we need:
1. The whole outside boxes.
2. All the shipping labels taped to the boxes."
We didn't have to whole box because of recycling in our neighborhood. We explained this in an email, and Dayalane Support NEVER responded.
We drilled the holes ourselves, but when you spend hard-earned money on furniture, you expect a reply when the company has produced a faulty item.

very well made. All parts wrapped well in box to prevent any damage during shipping. Easy installation and pricing also excellent. overall extremely pleased with the products thank you. Now the reason for a four star rating has nothing to do with the product
just that it took over 3 weeks for delivery that being said I would not hesitate to buy again from Dayalne

Horrible return process
I purchased a couch, the product was fine just did not like the couch. My problem is with their return process. I reached out to customer service for the return process and instead of helping me with the process they offered a refund as an incentive to keep the couch. I made it very clear that I did not want to keep the couch and just wanted to start the process of return. Instead they would not respond directly to my request and offered me incentives to keep the couch. When speaking with customer service via telephone, they said they would take care of it “urgently” within 24-48 hours. I asked for return shipping labels and they could not provide it right away. I asked why the process of buying is quick but to help with a return is so complicated and the responses via email and telephone take so long. She could not answer my question and said everything would be handled by the support team via email. I’m very disappointed with their customer service as they did not help with the return. I ended just taking the refund because they were so unhelpful and showed no genuine concern to help.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. After returning my items, Dayalane Furniture confirmed via email that a refund would be issued. However, they only refunded a small fraction of what was confirmed.
I have followed up four times to get the balance they promised me, but they are ignoring my emails. It is incredibly dishonest to confirm a refund amount in writing and then fail to deliver it.
This is unacceptable business practice.

I had an issue with my order, and the customer service was great! They helped me resolve it very quickly and promptly will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. I love the Walter cane back chairs, they are a great dupe for a more expensive one.

Green Dove Chairs
I bought the green dove chairs. It was super cute, cane assembled, & shipping was extremely fast! Weeks later I saw a cheaper price. Customer gave me a refund for the difference in price. Quick & easy. I will definitely order from them again.

They lie about refunds
EDIT: no surprise, 2.5 hours later and no email from them……constant lies and false promises
They lie about refunds, after my other review, they replied to it claiming support would email me about a return and refund. This never happened and it’s been a week. The continued email chain I've had with support is them attempting to refund partially and me keep this set that is NOTHING like they pictured.
I just want to return this and get my money back, I dont want to have to fix your horrible quality.
(Lane 59" Table and chair set, is suppose to be a nice wood finish. Its not, it was painted horribly and the color of cardboard. I don't even know how they tried to pass this off as acceptable. I almost questions if this is fraud from the start.

I ordered a chair for my daughter
I ordered a chair for my daughter, she decided on something different. The box was never opened. They wouldn’t give me a return, then they did but it would of cost 55-65 dollars to send it back.

Stay away from this furniture store (SCAM!!!)
I ordered a dining table with 4 chairs. But the table was not included in the delivery. I sent the email and gave a phone call to the customer service, but one one answered. On Lunar New Year, my family and I sit on the chair and put our dishes on the empty box(used as a table). Thank you for stealing my money and letting me have a such an unforgettable holiday.
