I have a B&O system my wife bought me many years ago from Dawsons.
It developed a fault. The store sent an engineer around very speedily and solved the problem. Top quality after service.
Also we bought a blue tooth speaker that wouldn’t charge. I took it into the shop and the guy there sorted if without charge in minutes.
The shop is really customer focussed. The range and quality of B&O is really excellent. Thanks for all the help.

Fabulous customer service at B&O/Dawsons in Westbourne. I’ve bought two speakers from this shop and Steve was brilliant in helping me connect a third speaker purchased at another outlet to my WiFi when I was having issues. I couldn’t recommend Steve and this shop highly enough.

Superb service, care and attention from start to finish. A Project turntable and Core installed to work with my existing B and O system seamlessly. All perfect! A slight technical niggle that Kevin and Tristan sorted immediately. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
