No Logs, No Help
I had an issue where dropped calls were happening whilst agents were on calls. Dropped calls are a serious matter and my reply was a simple:
It appears there is an issue here however I am currently unable to look into this as Call Control logs were off at the time.
I have now turned the Call Control logs on, please could you keep an eye on this and let me know if this issue happens again?
When our dropped calls have to be regulated by Ofcom, I don't feel this was a very helpful response.

Excellent out of the box thinking
Had an issue with call quality which was diagnosed by the Daviker team as a potential issue with our mobile gateway. Although Daviker are not responsible for this they assisted and helped to find a solution. Very pleased with this level of service.

Issue Resolved Swiftly
From call log to call resolution was around an hour which is acceptable and Jose who resolved was also helpful and offered further support with setting the campaigns running.
Extremely Happy With Level Of Service
Very happy with the level of service that I received on this support ticket. I was having problems using SQL to Delete some data from our Database and, as I'm fairly new to MSSQL Server I didn't want to just go writing DELETE Queries without knowing that they would work.
Daviker assigned Wesley to my ticket who was very prompt and gave excellent advice which has now put my mind at ease about archiving our Database.
Quick response to a critical issue
Our system was completely offline and within 10 minutes I received a call back from their support. Very impressed with the speed of the support.

IVR Problem solved
Inbound calls started getting a dead line every time our inbound campaign stopped tom could have simply fixed it, but at my request, Tom helped me to understand why this was happening, and provided the information I needed to resolve the issue, talking my through the process from start to end.
