poor customer support never deliver goods!!
I ordered a bike pannier on 23rd of March, today is 8th of may and I still don't have it! I have had many many promises that it has been posted, he always replies with "it will be there soon I promise!" They are only posting from Ireland to England! I could have cycled there and got it myself faster! I was offered a complimentary gift, then a week later was told they would post that in their own time! I then got asked for proof of PayPal payment and my PayPal address, and yes you guessed it no refund either!!
I have contacted the police over this matter, they advised me to get proof of postage, and yep you guessed again!! I haven't been given that either! I will be taking this matter further! This is online fraud and theft! Do not trust these!!
EDIT:- I have since received the item I paid for, (on 8th of June) and also received 2 extra items as compensation for all the problems I had been through. I have had good contact with them recently and Davie assures me he has taken this experience and learnt from it and learnt better customer care.
