Love the watch, and the shipping and handling was very well maintained. Would’ve felt a bit more luxury experience if there was some human intervention of call to check or confirm on the status.

This was my first time not buying a Rolex through an AD and I was a little worried at first. But davidsw certainly lives up to its reputation. I purchased an unworn submariner date to trade in my sub no date. I received the new one overnight, and I was able to compare both watches side by side. I found the new one to be 100% authentic. These guys are legit. Really happy to not deal with the AD run around anymore. You will pay a premium but it's worth it knowing you're getting something real. No regrets.

Wonderful experience

This was my first online purchase for an item like this. Salesperson was nice and helpful pre sale. I purchased a unit and love it, but a pin in the band keeps coming out. I messaged DavidSW and the response was, in essence, just get a small screwdriver and its an easy fix. After paying 20% over retail, little surprised they didn't offer for me to take in somewhere for repair. I think the experience would have been quite different with a local AD.

I have purchased many watches with DavidSW over the years, and each one of them is exactly what was represented. I love working with David personally and his staff is awesome as well! I will definitely be purchasing more watches from DavidSW, each time I get a watch it is a special experience.
