I recently bought a winter coat from DavidOutwear and had a small itching issue with the first one. I reached out to the team, sent them a photo, and they immediately arranged a replacement. The customer service was exceptional — fast, respectful, and helpful. The replacement coat is great quality for the price, and overall I’m very satisfied. You can try buying from them and see how it goes.

I saw a lot of advertisements for these products on another website. They caught my eye, and I decided to buy one of the products. Ultimately, I am satisfied with my purchase, and the prices are not excessive.

For the price, the jacket was fabulous definitely a heavier jacket than I expected for the money bought a pair of shoes to go with. It looks great. I don’t think this coat will disappoint, especially for the prize and it fits true to size.

I’m 6’2”, 210 lbs with broad shoulders and chest, and I ordered large after reading through the sizing guide. This jacket fits exactly how I wanted, it’s become my absolute go-to. You can feel the weight and quality immediately, I wear this thing everywhere, casual days at the office and even weekend trips, you name it. Nice company great to deal with!!

Picked this jacket couple of weeks ago, I work outdoors doing construction management, so I needed something that could handle the elements and still look good enough to wear to site meetings or out after work. This jacket nails both perfectly, it’s incredibly well made, the seams are reinforced, the zippers are heavy duty, and the material is thick enough to block wind. I’ve worn it in rain and cold and even light snow, and it held up flawlessly. After days of regular wear, it’s my favorite jacket, I received many compliments and even referred some of my colleagues to your website, will definitely shop again for myself and even to gift, cheers.

First major purchase of a clothing item online, followed the sizing instructions, measured multiple times, even compared measurements to an old leather jacket that fits me well. Jacket arrived - too big. Not a problem, send it back....the cost of sending it back almost matched the cost of the jacket, $195 NZD to send it back, I paid just over $200 for the jacket. Ended up finding the exact same jacket on TEMU for $70, took a risk and bought that one in the next size down, fits perfectly and is EXACTLY the same down to the stitching(without the branding). Additionally - I initially didn't want to buy from China, i wanted to buy from a reputable brand in the USA, presumably better quality and attention to detail etc. I checked the website - yup David Outwears address was the USA........the jacket was shipped from China from the same city that shipped my Temu version of the jacket..... My advise - buy the same one from TEMU, save yourself some $.
