I had the pleasure to get Executive Leadership Coaching by David in Dubai, working for an Abu Dhabi High-Tech company. For me as a Director, the sessions were not only eye-opening but also expanding my horizon in leadership but also reflecting on my personal and professional position. David pushed positively to think outside the box and the usual. His very friendly, engaging and empathetic style made it very easy for me and both of us to improve my way of thinking. I could have continued our leadership sessions for much longer.

David is the executive coach I had been searching for over the past several years. As a CFO of a large division within a multinational company, I have participated in numerous leadership programs and received coaching through those channels. Despite that exposure, I had not found the depth and clarity I was truly looking for until I started working with David.

From our in-person sessions in Dubai, it was immediately clear that this is executive coaching at a different level. His program is exceptionally well structured, highly practical, and deeply impactful.

David deeply and helps you articulate what truly matters. He genuinely understands me. The experience has been outstanding so far, and I’m already putting insights into practice.

Another key aspect I really appreciate is how he makes complex topics tangible and practical; never vague or overly theoretical. Everything ties directly to real outcomes. Sessions sometimes last two hours and sometimes one; he reads the energy well and adapts accordingly, which I find extremely refreshing.

If I had to mention a downside, it’s simply that you may never want your last session with David. He is highly skilled, relatable, and a true pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who takes their C-level leadership seriously and wants to invest meaningfully in their personal and professional growth.
