I recently received my first Daughter’s Of India dress. I went with the Kyra Maxi in Olive. The color is so flattering and the fit and style is truly so versatile. I had heard from others that this was true, but it has exceeded all of my expectations! I’m a mom of three small girls and the dress can keep up with the busiest of motherhood days while still being just as wonderful for a date night or event with my husband. So grateful to own a dress that I can feel good about because of DOI’s approach to slow fashion AND feel good wearing it. Thank you DOI team.

Sahana gown, desert (turmeric coloured)
I was very hesitant to order, but couldn’t be happier! I ordered on the 10th and it was delivered from Aussie to Scandinavia, to my door on the 19th. I couldn’t believe it. And rhe dress is lovely in colour and perfect size! I am about to place another order. Sorryfor gushing… but it has POCKETS!! If you are worried about it not being a genuine company as so many are fake, these dresses etc are shipped from Aussie. Highly recommend!

I was a little concerned with my return being sent from Canada and everything went smoothly.
I received my initial order very fast.
I am waiting on the exchanged dresses now and I have my eye on another one!
They are so, SO beautiful!!
-For size reference; this is where I had a hard time figuring out my size, I am 5’3 & about 145. I usually wear a small to medium. However I should have paid attention to the chest measurements, I’m now a D and the medium fit but was snug and so I exchanged for a Large.

-I want to note the dress I speak of in regards to sizing is the Kyra Dress.
The Aahana dress is more forgiving in the chest area since the dress folds start higher, the Kyra is empire waist.

I ordered the Kyra midi dress in Saffron and I'm absolutely delighted with it. It is made of high quality soft cotton and the perfect dress for summer's hot days. It can be dressed up or down, it is effortlessly elegant. Customer service was also great, delivery was very fast and efficient.
