The data recovery service that was excellent. While it wasn't the cheapest option available, the speed and efficiency of the service well justified the price. The team paid a great deal of attention to every detail, ensuring that I was kept informed throughout the process. In the end, they managed to fully recover all my data, leaving me very satisfied with their work

DataTech was very prompt in saving my data off an old hard drive and transferring it to a new SS drive. They were also very fair with the fee they charged me. They were friendly and courteous at all times. I would recommend them without reservation.

DataTech was perfect. They were professional, responsive and trustworthy. I thought my data was lost forever but they took 6 disks that we're submerged in water for a day and recovered all the data, and did it in just a few days.

We didn't have but a few personal files on our drive that had special meaning but thank you for retrieving and recovering them for us! We might have been able to rebuild a lot of the info, but you helped save us some pressure there!

Very professional & excellent customer service.

Friendly staff and good service. I did some shopping around and they are on the high end of pricing for certain services. I'm only giving a 4 rating because not all of my information was retrieved and the communication was a little relaxed. I had to reach out to determine the status of my data recovery.

Communication.

They did what they said they would do every step of the way. If they said call you Monday they called Monday. I loved the consistency.

DataTech staff is wonderful! Every person I interacted with while they were working on my restoration project was polite, kind, and incredibly professional. My data was almost all recovered- which was AMAZING given the very rough shape the drive was in when I brought it in to them!

It sucks to hear you have to pay $2,000 to recover data when you're already down on your luck and in a frenzy to recover work, but I'm giving 5 stars because they rocked it. Besides, the $2,000 is the market rate for 2TB of lost information. That being said, the team there was easy to work with, was very reassuring during the process and recovered just about every file in exception of the files open during the crash which was only a few. They were also able to turn it out within one week, compared to 5-6 weeks when quoted through other companies like Geek squad and those found online.Thanks to the team there for doing such a great job.

I had a hard drive with 600+ GB of photography data on it and DTL was able to recover 95% of my data after the hard drive was dropped and broke. They were communicative, fast, and when my brand new drive failed again within a few days of getting it back, were able to restore my data again for me from the copy they kept. They do all the data recovery work in house, it's fast and easy, and their prices are reasonable. Yuli was also able to give me recommendations for avoiding similar issues in the future and how to set up my workflow to protect my data. I would recommend them to anyone in need of data recovery services in the Boston area!

Outstanding experience! We had a hard drive crash 10 years ago and Data Tech is the 5th lab we have tried to get our pictures and data back. All failed except Data Tech! They were quick and professional. I would highly recommend them if you need data recovery. Thank you!

Customer-friendly, helpful, explains everything to help understand instead of all techy talk.

WAY too expensive but got all my files back but shouldn't have been that much.
