Datakeeper is een applicatie voor op je telefoon, powered by Rabobank. Het is niet nodig om een bankrekening bij Rabobank te hebben om je gegevens te delen. Met de Datakeeper app kun je gemakkelijk je gegevens ophalen, veilig opslaan en delen. Alleen jij kunt bij jouw gegevens, Datakeeper en Rabobank kunnen hier niet bij. Via de app deel je gemakkelijk je gegevens met de aanvrager om in aanmerking te komen voor je droomappartement. Datakeeper helpt jou de officiële data te laten verifiëren. Wanneer je op het punt staat een woning te huren, of een auto of iets anders. In onderhandeling bent over een hypotheek, een private lease contract. Of simpelweg je identiteit moet laten zien. Bij deze situaties is het wettelijk bepaald dat je documenten moet overhandigen die bewijzen dat je voldoet aan bepaalde criteria. Je hebt het vast al eens moeten doen, en dat kan nog best lastig en onduidelijk zijn. Nu niet meer. Datakeeper haalt het voor je op. Veilig, snel en jij bent in controle. Altijd. De gegevens die je ophaalt zijn de gegevens die ingediend zijn door bijvoorbeeld je werkgever of de overheid bij de verschillende instanties, zoals het UWV en de Belastingdienst. Je wordt gevraagd in te loggen met DigiD wanneer gegevens zoals inkomen en arbeidsverleden nodig zijn. Datakeeper zal nooit persoonlijke gegevens opslaan, behalve op jouw eigen telefoon. Jij bent en blijft in controle.

The most BS app I saw ever

The most BS app I saw ever, Ask you to login 10 times in a row, no integration with DigiD API or app. not work on root device. complete chaos. who ever design this deserve a gold medal.

I experienced an error, but…

I experienced an error while uploading and connecting the app with other tax/bank authorities and I reached out to the support. They handled the issue really well and the immidetily get back to me. The support person (Brat) helped me so much and really happy with that. Thanks you so much!!

Issue with downloading UWV data and how it was resolved

I encountered a problem while using their service. One of the downloads was not working. They directly contacted their IT department and promised to send me an email once the issue was fixed, but before the end of the conversation, there was already a fix, which I tried and it worked.
Altogether a very positive experience

Easy to use

Last octobre I was asked by the realtor to fill out my details with Datakeepr, which I was not familiar with yet. Had to figure it out a bit but eventually it worked like a charm and I managed to get the rental home in Zoetermeer.

Nice app idea, not ready yet for release (2024)

QR code reader not working. Once I managed to access to the document request via link, it got stuck on the first document it had to import. It's been stuck now for 3 hours. There is no way to abort the import or do a reset.

I used this to apply for a house, it is so much easier then finding the real data, and they also make sure a lot of data is not send to the agency.
I really like this approach

The app can not get the data…

The app can not get the data automatically from digid. When I want to get mu belasting/uvw data I must put my Digid user password in your app in order to login! I must give my login details to Datakeeper in order to login to my Digid! what if I am using the wrong app and it's an scamer app?!

Stuck in processing

Very poor functionality and explanation on the site is useless.
After downloading the app and identifying with passport, uploading the data went wrong. In some cases, it kept on processing and data was not uploaded and send to the agency

Works, sometimes

Very poor app. Doesn't get data from BRP and keeps processing, even when the screen says it will take 2 minutes at max.

Edit: it worked the next day. Changing to a 4 star rating from 1 star.
