Outstanding product and exceptional support
Fantastic experience overall. The support team was incredibly fast, friendly, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. I initially had some concerns because support was located abroad, but those were completely unfounded – communication was excellent and even handled in German. Truly outstanding service.
The product itself is simply superb. I’ve tried several monitor arms before, but this one is on another level: rock-solid stability, great adjustability, premium build quality, and excellent cable management.

Top quality for modular monitor arms
To set up workstations in a logistics warehouse, we needed a monitor with a keyboard attached to a metal frame. We solved this problem perfectly with Viewmate modular components.

Pretty sturdy product; definitely high quality! Expensive but worth the money. Manual could be a little more detailed - use of some more words would help to install correctly.

Great customer service
This week I had to contact Dataflex regarding the VESA mounting system of my 52.502 monitor stand.
I have called the phone number on the website and I’ve been routed to a very nice person from customer support in the Netherlands. He gave me the Dataflex internal code of the spare part and an email address at which I should send the email to.
I have written an email to check the availability of the part and I have received a very quick reply which informed me about the fact that there was a spare part available but in a different color than the one I originally wanted. It was also specified that the part will be shipped to me for FREE the same day, if I would accept the different color.
I could only accept their kind offer and I have sent them the shipping address (I live in Germany).
On the third day after the email I have received my VESA mount which is now holding my monitor on the stand again.
This is some great customer support right here. Really appreciate it!
