Getting worse by the month

Company is being hollowed out as we speak. It used to be a lot better than competitors, but ever since they were bought by Cart.com it's been going downhill.

Their connection with Magento 2 webshops is very outdated, updating product data takes 3-4 hours on average. Support says it's normal.

Can't get a hold of support in any of…

Can't get a hold of support in any of the countries listed. Finally managed to speak to someone who mentioned it was possible to create a connection with our order system. After a lot of digging it wasn't possible, only with magento and shopify. A big waste of time!
