Worst After Sale. Defective Brand New Asus ROG XBOX Ally X

I purchased an ASUS ROG Ally X from DataBlitz on January 2, 2026 for PHP 56,300 (cash). The unit was lightly used and properly handled.

On January 9, 2026, within 7–9 days from purchase, I discovered that the D-pad down button was not working. The issue was not immediately noticed because the D-pad was not frequently used. I reported and returned the unit to DataBlitz on January 11, 2026.

While the warranty receipt states that replacement is no longer possible after 7 days, I was unable to return the unit exactly on the 7th day due to work and personal responsibilities. Despite the defect appearing almost immediately after purchase, I was advised that the unit must undergo technical assessment with a possible turnaround time of up to 40 days.

I have requested a replacement or refund due to the early defect and minimal use, but I have not been given a clear resolution or firm timeline and have only received general warranty responses.

Jan 17, 2026 my unit is still not with me. They said that the unit is already for replacement, but they're still not giving or letting me know where to pick up my unit.

Hello i buy a Honeycomb sierra tpm module on December 18 2025 it cames damage the parkiing brake broke,the customer service agent told me i have to drop of the item to the nearest branch i tell her but is in baguio i told her but i'm 72 years disable person and no reply so i have to ask help from a neighbour to ship it thru LBC this Data blitz customer service is really nasty and don't help customers and they don't respect seniors now i have to fight for a refund 14,495 pesos i don't recomend this website they are scammers

Always easy and fast

I'm not sure why I'm seeing bad reviews for Datablitz. I have used them multiple times for ordering things online, and I have only ever had fantastic experiences. For me these guys are leading the way Filipino businesses should operate online. Easy to buy, next day free delivery. I am not affiliated with Datablitz whatsoever.

their same day delivery thing is not worth it, i repeat NOT worth it. you're better off ordering through shopee because it takes them until night time to start delivery on your item...

they also sometimes can't pin your location you need to set up a meetup place..it suckss

POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

In ordered PS5 Slim online and was delivered 3 days later. However, I was not able to unbox and set up the unit until 2 weeks later due to my hectic schedule. Right out of the box, the PS5 Slim console did not work. Watched a lot of youtube videos for troubleshooting but no luck. I sent an email DataBlitz support regarding the issue with the console and the respond was to take the unit to Warranty Service Office. DataBlitz would not let me take the console to their store branch to test the unit. I am not going to be a repeat customer for sure nor recommend this company.

Datablitz sold me defective iphone.

Datablitz sold me defective iphone.
I gave them back the phone, box and they have my money and sales invoice. They told me one day they will call me. They never did I had to bug customer services and write emails and even post on their posts.

2 female staff kept insisting that one day I will be called. I wanted a refund, old lady teller said they won't. I asked for business permit they said they can't show it because it is private property. It's been a week and I still don't have my money.

Scam within their workers

The package didn’t include the sales invoice where Acer has deemed it very necessary to claim the promos. When I reached out to their customer service email, they gave me the run around and said that I need to get an Affidavit of loss and send an unboxing video. I can’t send the unboxing video because the email can’t support it. Thinking about it, it seems to be an internal scam going on where their employees are claiming this promotions for themselves!

URGENT: REFUND

Last Aug 19, I purchased a monitor online which cost me 16,130 (delivery charge included). After waiting for several minutes for my payment to go thru, i got a prompt - transaction pending.
When i checked my gcash account, the amount was already debited from my gcash. The following day, i made a call thru the customer service but no one seems to know how to help. I waa given several email adds. Finally, the ecommerce email worked. My problem now is after repeated email to check status of the situation but until now no reply. The name of the customer service is MAY. I am no interested with the item. I need a refund of my money so i can buy outside Datablitz. Will someone tell me what’s happening or the next step. Thank you

Razer codes

I never gonna buy at that company

I ordered a computer the last 1 December arrived in 2 days but for my surprise was not even turning on. I bring the computer to the nearest data blitz store since then not replying to my messages, not getting a refund or replacement. They only reply day 23 Dec that the motherboard is Defective... Never gonna buy again at that scammer shop sending crap and not even refunding or replying.

Scam

Ordered a GPU from them last November 12, 2024. Their courier's delivery lead time said it will be between 3 to 6 days. It has already been 8 days. Funny enough, I ordered something from a different e-commerce platform last 14th and it arrived 2 days ago.

I tried contacting DataBlitz's support via Messenger and email. No reply. That was not the case before they took my money as their replies were just made in minutes. It's like they will ghost you once they have already gotten your money.

I will be disputing the charge to my bank and reporting the transaction as fraudulent.

Not responsive

I bought a controller here and I'm very disappointed because it does not work. I tried emailing them for a refund but they still have not responded even though I went through all the processes and even took a video of the unboxing and the product not working it doesn't even want to connect. Very sad because I buy all my games here.

Bad Customer Service

I have been a regular customer of Datablitz SM Marikina branch for years. I was provided a decent experience all these years except for today March 16, 2024. I was lined up at the cashier when a Father had instructed their daughter to line up in front of me when I made space to let people pass through (The cashier is besides the entrance to the store), I didn’t let them cut the line and so the daughter went to the back of the line. After serving the customers in front of me I was shocked when the Father suddenly spoke up and said that they have been lined up but they were being served last when that isn’t true at all. The Datablitz employee at the register suddenly said that they would go first before me and that ruined my mood, this was when I was about to check out yet when the other customer complained they decided that they should have priority over me. I was following the rules but they still chose to accommodate a rude customer. I walked out of Datablitz SM Marikina fuming at the stressful experience. Please train your staff to handle these situations better.
