The price-performance ratio is very good, but the reason I am giving one star less is because I use forex software that needs to be running 24/7 for 5 days. One day, I noticed that it had shut down when I connected to the VPS; the software had closed. Therefore, I suffered a loss. The VPS should not be shut down against my wishes.

I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. I wrote to you 10 days ago about the same complaint, and you advised me to change the server. I changed the server, and it worked fine for 2-3 days, but then it slowed down again. Now you're giving me the same advice again. You're making fun of me. Apparently, you sell one server to many people. You deliberately keep your prices low to attract customers, but your service is terrible. This is a scam. I'll complain everywhere and leave bad reviews.

You turn off Auto-Pay without notice...
Over the 7+ years of trying to do business with you guys you have repeatedly (even today) screwed up the auto-pay setting, not notified me it had been turned off, and ended up shutting down my various services. I'M SO SICK OF THIS. I have moved all but one of my services away from your company because of this continuous problem. Even today I had to quickly login and rescue an unpaid invoice which did not auto-pay and I was not notified ahead of the shutdown. You guys really have some billing issues and thus causing great pain and disruption for customers. I'm done with you and will never use you for additional services.
