Great provider! Solid network and server performance. Slow support.
I've been a customer of Database by Design LLC for a year and currently rent three dedicated servers at their Philadelpha, PA datacenter. In the entire time I've had server, never have I experienced any network or power outages. The DC's infrastructure is wonderful and is well maintained. Their normal prices are a little on the high end, but the periodic specials they run at WebHostingTalk are too good to pass up for the hardware they are offering. Their support leaves much to be desired -- it is rather slow at times for non-critical matters, but their solid infrastructure more than makes up for this. I have no doubt that hardware issues would be resolved quickly and effectively with their support staff. I would recommend this hosting provider and due to the wonderful performance and uptime, I'd be comfortable hosting production-ready services with them.
