It is ridiculous that you are calling us a scammer when you have NEVER even used our product. You contacted us demanding a free Pro upgrade. We said no, and your response is to throw a tantrum and leave a fake 1-star review.

What is even more absurd is Trustpilot's moderation. We flagged this review, and Trustpilot officially confirmed that you could NOT provide any proof of purchase because you were never a customer. Yet, they still allow this retaliatory review to stay up.

We do not give in to this kind of cheap behavior. If you want premium access, pay for it. Stop leaving fake reviews just because you didn't get a free handout.

The Trustpilot Experience

Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.

Companies can ask for reviews via automatic invitations. Labeled Verified, they’re about genuine experiences.
