I recently had a disappointing experience with your customer service. I contacted support regarding my loan status, and unfortunately, my concern was not properly addressed. The representative was rude, unprofessional, has very poor empathy and understanding, lacks human contact, and doesn't even speak good English. Like where are these people even located? The experience really left me frustrated and without a resolution.
I expected a more professional and efficient response, especially considering I'm giving you access to my bank account! If I'm not mistaken, his name was Arnold. I hope your team can work on improving response times and training staff to handle customer concerns more effectively!
NEVER ENTRUST YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT EVEN LOCATED IN CANADA!

If I could give you a 0 I would, horrible service, slow response.
If I could give this company a 0, I WOULD!!!! Yes, the application process was simple but the time it took to get the application to move ahead (30 to 60 mins, according to their website) was over 4 hours. Then application went for VALIDATION to EVALUATION stage, I get an e-mail that it's in process and then all of a sudden it shows CANCELLED with NO EXPLINATION!!! I then call to be told that I didn't have sufficient banking information. So I offered to send them information from my previous bank (as I switched bank due to poor service) and then I get informed that they cannot do that. So listen, I am NOT gonna jump through hoops to get a HIGH INTREST LOAN and PAY a GRANTOR FEE on top of it. I was more than willing to show I work (provide additional information re: banking) and even provide a letter of employment but to be right out told, NO.

Amazing, how I got the reply to this BEFORE I got the e-mail explaining why you had cancelled the request.
It should not matter how long someone has had a bank account for. People change banks for many reasons. Just like they change companies due to their own reasons. People should not be punished for not having a bank account for 5 months.
But it's fine you lost a customer today and I will be moving on to other options.

Oh well, I can only pray that I don't get scammed now that they have my info.

POOR SERVICE!!!!
I had a disheartening experience with Dashloans. The initial application process was deceptive, promising low-interest rates that were not upheld once I initiated the process. The customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, failing to provide clear answers to my inquiries, unresponsive to my calls, and very unprofessional. Furthermore, the concealed fees and unfavorable terms made the loan significantly more expensive than anticipated. I had anticipated transparency and support, but unfortunately, this was not my experience. I would strongly advise against recommending this loan company to others.

I have been harassed day in and day out…
I have been harassed day in and day out from this company. They have cloned my references numbers in getting me to answer their calls. They have called me down to my lowest including calling me a w**** at one point because I was unable to make a payment due to my current situation. Have been trying to reach them to resolve this issue and the phone number doesn’t work.
Would not recommend.
The level of harassment is through the roof!!!
