We have had a great experience buying an investment property through Dashdot. As busy parents we realised we just didn't have the energy or time to do all the research and due diligence required to make a good purchase, so after lots of investigating we decided to go with Dashdot and have been really happy with their services and how efficiently they run things. Lana, Cam & Oliver were great to work with and we are keen to buy the next property with them!

I’ve purchased my investment proerty through Dashdot and I commend them for their professionalism and sure help along the way. I was nervous on buying the property but was assured upon learning the credentials of Dally as a seasoned investor and his belief on the Dashdot company work ethics where they share valuable information among each other. I will drop another review 3 years from now when I see the result of their recommendation.

I recently purchased a property in Tannum Sands, QLD, through Dashdot for $450,000. In just nine months, the property’s valuation has soared to $581,000. That’s an incredible return on investment (ROI) of 29.11% in less than a year!

We honestly can’t thank Dashdot enough! This is our third investment with them and we wouldn’t be in the position we are now without their help. It may seem scary and hard to part with the buyer agency fee to start with but once you do it you won’t look back! It has been just over two years since our first purchase with them (and buying a 2nd in between) and the 50+ percent growth has allowed us to purchase our 3rd! Amazing stuff! Special shout out to Trav! Nothing is an issue for him. He always goes above and beyond (working late into the night and even on saturdays) to make sure we fully understand what we need to do and keeping us up to date with how the buying process is going. Overall, our experience with Dashdot was great! There was a bit of confusion in the beginning as the company was going through a re-structure and we questioned if our financial plans and goals had been handed over to the new team looking after us but that was cleared up very quickly.
