Definitely questioning the authenticity …

This was my first shopping experience with Darveys and it went very smooth, despite my placing the initial order in the wrong size. Customer service was very prompt, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that my mistake was corrected and provided continuous updates as the order was dispatched from abroad and until it reached my doorstep.

Customer service was AMAZING!!!!When I was placing my order it something was going on with my internet or the website so I thought the order didn’t go thru so I did it again. Which in return 2 orders was placed which I wasn’t aware of at the time. Darveys called me within 1 hour of those orders being placed to inform me of the mistake and they were going to issue me a refund for a pair of the sandals that I mistakenly ordered.. the refund was immediately issued and in back in my bank account within a couple of days.. Shipping was great as well. I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon. I received my sandals on Monday. Fast delivery. Love my sandals. Darveys delivers authentic products!!!

Beautiful authentic merchandise!
I was thrilled to find this gorgeous coat at Darvey's for about 1/2 the price at a high end department store (a savings of almost $1,000 and of course it was authentic). Excellent experience! Ordering was easy and the item came within a few days. I also had a question about the size that I submitted online and I got the answer back very quickly. The item itself (a Baracuta jacket) is great and as advertised.

Scam! Hidden expenses !!!
First of all when i purchased the product the shipping costs were not mentioned, i received and email few days latter with additional $25 charge for shipping, if i knew this at first place i wasn't gonna order the product! I've ordered a bag that came very small ,when i contacted them regarding return they said that i have to pay $25 for the shipping and a fee of $35 because i want to return the product, so the total of me spending without having this product at the end came to $50 for shipping and $35 "return fee" (not sure for what is that) so total od $85 and the product was $105
This is a SCAM company , those expenses (shipping and "return fee" ) were not mentioned when i was ordering the product

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, item was as expected, appears to be authentic! It appears they function more as a closeout/discount portal for other merchants, so I'm not sure this experience would be the same every time. But I'd definitely try purchasing from them again if they had something I wanted!
