Failed to deliver the goods and have refused to replace them or offer a refund. Now need to engage the small claims court to get my money back.
Company have refused to provide any photographic evidence of delivery (basically because the package was never delivered). Additional CCTV footage clearly shows the courier did not enter my premises or make any attempt to make delivery.

The package was left in plain sight on a main road and surprisingly it was not there when I returned home from work however I now have find a printer and print out a form to fill out by hand and send back to them before they will even think about resending the items that want and that took 72 hours, several emails and a online chat to get to the form filling in bit all the time I'm out of pocket and don't have my items through no fault of my own. The delivery system you used to use is much better than the cheep Amazon shipping you now use. Your customer service is appalling at best.

I bought a Scolia Pro system from Darts Corner, which is a massive, heavy, expensive bit of kit. When it arrived, it was completely missing the essential power adapter. Mistakes happen, so I contacted customer service expecting them to just arrange for a cable to be sent out. Instead, I spent ages dealing with an agent named Morgan and then a manager named Jamie, and it was hands down the most bureaucratic, unhelpful experience I’ve ever had.
They flat out refused to contact the supplier or send a replacement wire. Instead, they told me my only options were to contact the manufacturer myself to fix their mistake, or completely dismantle this massive dartboard system, box it up, and ship it all the way back from Ireland to the UK just so they could "assess" a missing cable.
To make it worse, they told me they wouldn't even provide a prepaid shipping label or collection. They expected me to pay €40–€50+ out of my own pocket upfront for international courier freight, promising they'd refund it later. When I pointed out that UK Consumer Law explicitly says a retailer has to fix an incomplete delivery at no cost and no significant inconvenience to the customer, Jamie literally told me "our position remains unchanged" and hid behind store policy.
They would honestly rather lose a customer, risk a credit card chargeback, and pay for massive two-way international shipping fees on a heavy box than pick up the phone and source a simple power lead. Absolute joke of a management team. If you're buying high-value gear, go somewhere else that actually understands basic customer service and consumer rights.
Edit: I can't allow you to shift blame and lie in your reply so I have to edit mine.
Your timeline is entirely false. I did not wait until June. I have a clear paper trail of multiple emails sent long before then that your team simply left unanswered.
Furthermore, your "available options" directly violate UK Consumer Law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, an incomplete delivery within 6 months is legally presumed to be the retailer's fault. Expecting a customer to dismantle a heavy, permanent system and pay €50 out-of-pocket for international courier freight just to "assess" a missing power cable completely breaches the legal requirement to resolve issues at zero cost and no significant inconvenience to the buyer.
Shifting the blame to the manufacturer or the customer for your own delivery error isn't "assistance" it is a total failure of basic customer service and retail law. The matter is now being escalated to my card issuer for a formal chargeback and reported to cross-border consumer authorities.

Order and shipping was fine. Customer service however is terrible. I had to return the product, and was given a qr code without any description of what carrier to ship with. After 3 attempts to email customer service with no reply, I had to submit an enquiry via the website In order to gain this information. Received a blunt email stating it was Evri, but when trying to ship at an Evri drop off the code does not work. Still trying to sort this out

Unclear ! Canada Post (your shipper) lost my order and delivered an empty envelope. I’ve spent 3 weeks now explaining my predicament. The shipper’s policy is that, as the receiver, I can’t claim a loss. Only the sender can. I’m in limbo as to whether or not you will replace my order and claim reimbursement from the shipper. I remain hopeful but don’t know where I stand ???

I really want to leave a 5star review. As the ease of use, quality of the products etc is always great. But trying to track deliveries using Amazon when they give it to the royal mail is horrendous. Shop app says one day Amazon says another and Royal mail usually ends up splitting the dif but I don't know that until my local postie actually has it.
Please give us an option besides Amazon Logistics.
