Bought some darts which arrived fine, however I returned them back to the supplier under the returns act. Sent them back on a tracked service with a signature from the company on the 17th of April, have sent three emails for an update on my refund with no reply back. So far 16 days with no response.

Easy to navigate site. Lovely darts.

I gave a 3-star rating due to the poor quality of customer service at the call center, as although Darthub sent my order promptly, they only responded after the 5th email I sent to track my order since I ordered from Turkiye.

Hi, I was looking for online dart suppliers. When I found your shop, I was really happy to find that it can ship to my country and that you have the darts set I am looking for. I placed an order and received a confirmation email from you, followed by another email informing me that the order is on its way and that I can track it, but I couldn't find any tracking numbers. I tried hard to contact you many times, through email, Facebook and an international call, but got no answer. After a few days, I received an email informing me that the shipping was standard mail with no tracking option! and usually it takes 5 to 6 days to arrive. The order was placed on March 11th, and I didn't receive it until this minute.
