I contacted dark ventures about an issue with a product. They got back to me very quickly and immediately sent out a replacement product which arrived the next day. Excellent level of service. Highly recommend.
I was advised by a local climbing shop to get in touch with Dark Ventures, having had a problem with an online retailer regarding an issue with an Unparallel climbing shoe, so I sent them an email, outlining the issue, a couple of emails later and even though the initial purchase had not been with them, the issue was resolved and they were kind enough to send me a replacement pair of shoes.

Asked for advice on a fault which developed in a pair of shoes after about 5 months use. Expected to be told to contact the manufacturer or perhaps offered a repair, but was immediately given a replacement. Would definitely buy from Dark Ventures again.
