Haven't recieved purchase, it's been over a month. Nobody answers my emails. Will be seeking refund through my bank if I don't hear from anyone..

The quality of the tees has lowered down, the fabric is not the same and it doesn't feel the same.

Purchased a t shirt for my son as noticed he had been wearing a few Dark as day woollen hats
t shirt was of excellent quality and my son loved it and will definitely be ordering more clothes
easy to order and arrived with 5 days , hassle free , definitely worth visiting as clothes looked unique and plenty to chose from ......very happy with our purchase

Great clothing brand. Great customer service. I honestly have no idea why people have struggled to contact the seller, its pretty simple. There is even a live chat on the website. There has been maybe two orders I received that were incorrect, or took months to arrive, but the seller notified me of the delay in delivery. He quickly sent out replacements at a loss to himself, and even threw in an extra pair of socks that got lost when Royal Mail were doing a poor job of delivery.

Great shorts, love them. But, the shipping time was the longest I have had to wait for in years. I am in Los Angeles and it took 23 days after I placed the order for them to arrive.

I never received the package. I wrote tow e-mails to the company about it using two different links. Never got a response.

I’ve been waiting on a T shirt for 7 days… no response from the team on email. Paid for 48hour tracked delivery and it’s not moved once. Last time I try and order from an independent brand they couldn’t care less about customer service.

(Edit )I’ve decided to edit this back to a 5 star review - I’ve not received the T shirt just yet, but I am pleasantly surprised at how thoughtful the explanation was for why it did not arrive on time. Rob clearly cares about this company the quality of his products and I look forward to receding my package. Mistakes happen.
