You will not receive your item or ever get a response. I purchased a jacket in November and the tracking number shows that the item was never delivered to the shipping company. It was meant to be delivered on Dec 6th. Do not trust them- this is a fake website betting on the fact that we would like to support.
Products are great and nice BUT customer service is inexistant!!! If you want to change something or because it has been damaged don’t count on a refund or replacement…. I live in France and NO ONE did answer emails, insta messages NOTHING which is really frustrating…
