Definitely a bad experience, I need to verify my account on one of their clients. And the software simply doesnt work. They just ask for "try to keep your document in a stable position" when finally i got it work (i dont even know what is the error) it said my session expired. what a waste of time. Please if you are going to offer your services at least be careful your software works.
