He arrived in Gran Canaria and was returned due to lack of any training. the second as well and the third as well, what lack of seriousness is this? 16 days and I still don't know where the package is. Yes, because you have done the label correctly to be able to send it to Gran Canaria, that when having to go through customs it is necessary in addition to my address, you also have to put my NIF that I have already repeated on many occasions that it is 422207253E. That's all you have to do. If you know that I have made 3 orders, and that none have arrived and all have been returned, why don't they send everything together again, with the label well placed with all the information? because I have to send more than 10 emails and I still don't know absolutely anything about my orders. Above they are to give at Christmas and at this rate they will not arrive. Please, someone fix this now.

I have written you an email also, but I would like to respond your feedback here as well.
I´m sorry to hear that you feel we haven´t responded to your emails, because I have been writing several emails to you, that you also have replied 😉
But the fact is now, that 1 of your parcels has been returned to us yesterday, and we have now added the number on the parcel, so it should go straight to you.
The 2 other orders has been re-labeled at the transport company, with the number on it as well, so all 3 parcels is on it´s way to you again.
In the future when you do orders, please add the number yourself in the address line, and write a comment on the order, saying that the number should also be on the outside of the box, then it will go a lot smoother.

Could be better
The necklace looks nice but It came broken. Fortunately the problem was to be solved up myself (one metal ring was separated from the other). I saw the necklace in the museum store in a nice package and ordered later via internet the necklace didn't have it. I received it though with a giftbag.

Lovely service and great quality jewellery
