Horrible institution, untrustworthy business

Horrible institution. If you work for them as a translator, and they make a deal with you to provide payment directly after a job, DO NOT agree. They had an urgent job to be done on the same day and called me for help - I agreed and they promised to provide payment directly via mobilepay as this was urgent and there was no time for setting everything up and registering it in the system. However, after I provided the translation service, I was not paid and have called them 5 times. Every time a different employee answers and goes away to “talk to the manager”, when they returned they promised that the payment will be made by the end of the day and 5 times this has not happened. I have still not been paid and cannot get through to the manager to speak directly. This is an unacceptable, unethical, and untrustworthy business. Do not use their services
