Beautiful but

Beautiful overall and at a reasonable price (200 euros), it goes without saying that we can not ask for 100% natural at this price, it is logical.
On the other hand, I think you can ask for something well-cut, I ordered two different sizes for the pants to be sure, the higher size fits me about (size 50), but on both pants: the same problem, one leg of the pants is shorter than the other.

Only problem I had, otherwise beautiful packaging, well packed and a nice suit.

Ah well.
Dramatis Personae, the Store Manager, a dense Customer, a pair of elusive Capri trousers. Location, the DJ premises at Trento, NE Italy.
And it came to pass that this'ere walrus-sized scribe had ogled a fine pair of cream coloured Capri trousers ( sale). Alas store was innocent of the correct size for the above mentioned walrus so shop floor assistant (of Brazilian persuasion, btw), promptly instructed nearby sister store to deliver a replacement pair. So far so good. Correct Capri trousers were deliverd by return for the walrus to try on and buy. Which the useless git did.Only to realize that what he actually needed was the first, original pair. Groans, etc etc. No sweat, stand back and let it happen. Enter Store Manager Valentina who took control with consumate ease. Swiftly quietly and deftly pairs were exchanged, no question asked and a good time was had by all.

United Kingdom customers be aware

I order a suit online for £209.99. When my parcel arrived United Kingdom DHL was asking me to pay £83 for custom duty Tax. When I asked Dan John customer service that what if I change my mind about my order they said we will deduct £83 from your bill, and refund rest. They already have a branch in Westfield Stratford London when I went n like the suit, but trouser size was not in stock. So I thought I will order online. They should mention this clearly before taking payments. Now this suit cost me near by £293. Not happy 😭

Will not buy from them again

Will not buy from them again
I bought a pair of pants, the pants themselves look very good, the material is so thin you could almost see through the pants. Returning them is not an option, since they don't offer free returns and their return process was made not to be easy.

Item I bought on holiday in June fell…

Item I bought on holiday in June fell apart 10 months later. Hasn't been worn much either. Company not interested in assisting, saying 10 months too long. Ie they don't expect their goods to last. So don't waste your money.

It was great pleasure to enter such a…

It was great pleasure to enter such a vibrant store with Italian feeling,
The merchandising in Stratford was of great standard.
The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help us. Special thanks to Donna who went out to look for a Jacket which was not on the shop floor.
At last I can say that I have my confident in shopping in stores again.

Chinese quality (not Italian)... poor customer service

Quality of the goods is ok, but obviously all is made in China with cheap fabrics. The worst is the customer service. I suppose it is also handled from China. I had to send several email asking how I could return what I bought. I then read on their website what to do (shipping at my cost). since 10 days the items have been returned (got the confirmation from DHL) and their customer service says that they haven't received them yet. I suppose they don't want to give my money back and just trying to loose time
