Our FastPass licensing options combine the required education with a flexible course-certification path and focused exam preparation. After completing their course certification, licensing students take the separate Florida state exam. Courses are self-paced and available online, allowing students to fit their education around work, family, and other commitments. We also offer post-licensing and continuing education for Florida real estate professionals working toward their renewal requirements. What a great course to navigate and learn. I spent 32 years in the pharmaceutical industry and we had to take and go through so many courses. I want to say Daniel course was the best I have ever been through. He made it so easy to learn the material through the written version then the video. I was prepared for the test but felt confident about what I had learned.

The online training was perfect for me because I didn't have large blocks of time to take the course all at once. I could do a little bit at a time during my lunch breaks when I had time.
