The brand is a complete scam. The images don’t match the items at all. The quality, colour and fit is completely inaccurately represented. The items are clearly produced and shipped directly from their factory in China - providing explanation to their long delivery time of over a month and then packaging which is wrapped in another brand and not “Agnese Studios”. In demanding a refund multiple times, they have ignored all my emails. They get away with all of this by making the website appear as if products are on their “final sale”, however, having visited the website multiple times the past months, the items are always on sale, hence cannot be returned according to the tiny blueprint of their return policy. However, despite defect items, and time which simply are not as depicted on images, they refuse to respond to any emails. Do not shop from here, it’s a pure scam.

You cannot return clothes if they just do not fit you well. They have to have some sort of defect for them to deem it worthy of returning services. The customer service also replied in a dry way with no proper etiquette (no "hello" or "best regards" etc.) making the whole shop feel like a scam, or at least unprofessional. The response was, however, fast.

I gave an order on october 2024 and I received my articles in December. After 2 months of waiting I only received 1/3 of the articles and never the rest.
They said they will look into it but I never received a reply nor a refund.
Currently they owe me 80 euros.
Don't buy from them, don't buy from studios angese neither. They keep scamming with different names

The website D’Angela Panelli is now called Agnese Studios. I placed an order in December and never received it. I sent many emails but never got a response.

I just want to warn that d angela panelli now goes by the name of agnese studios. I ordered a jacket in november 2024 (17047) and have not received it yet. Beware of them and dont fall for the new name cause they are the same scammers!

In November, I ordered two jackets, but I just got one!!! They contacted me to state they had a delay on one jacket ao the order would be split in 2. One minth after my order I finally received one of the two jackets and then since them no information on the second jacket! I sent them 4 e-mails asking for explanations or updates (like a new tracking number of my second package) but I got ZERO ANSWERS or reply and the website email address doesn’t even work anymore.

WARE kam nie an. Kommunikation nicht möglich. "We are experiencing external issues with our suppliers. Our website is expected to be fully operational in March. If you have any problems with your order, we will automatically issue a full refund within the next few weeks. Please contact us at XXX for assistance. Thank you for your understanding."
Eine Email an die angegebene Adresse kommt zurück. PAYPAL hilft leider auch nicht.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
At the time of Black Friday, they had a paid ad on Instagram announcing 50% off on several items. I, on impulse, ended up buying a piece and only later read reviews and regretted it immediately. Pay attention to Instagram; the photos may seem trustworthy but if you analyze them, there is a tremendous lack of likes and comments. Other than that, everything is so well done, the website, the prices seem trustworthy, even the email marketing we receive after the purchase is made. It's pure perversity to see that they see themselves as a trustworthy brand, so much so, that, even after more than 3 months have passed and my item hasn't arrived (nor will it), they still come to me asking for reviews and feedback. Even when I complained that the jacket never arrived, their response was stupidly professional, explaining the entire shipping and returns policy to me in professional and helpful language - I think all this behavior serves to mask and mislead any problems they may have with the police or investigating authorities.They go by the motto "Fake it until you make it", even when they have been more than discovered, they continue to act like tremendous professionals.
For final confirmation of how I had lost my money, I went to Google and, inserting the screenshot file of my item on the website itself, Google took me to the REAL STORE of the jacket from where these fraudsters took the original photograph. In the end, the real jacket is worth around 300 euros and not 50 euros (discount) as they made it seem.
Let's bankrupt these scammers, please!

IT’S A SCAM DON’T BUY… the instagram is all fake followers. I placed an order in June 2024 and did not receive a dress I ordered. They won’t refund me or send the dress, keep ignoring my emails. Don’t give them a penny. They should be ashamed for deceiving people and stealing their money.

My order never arrived and there is no answer from the customer service. The order was made in November and we are at the end of January... AVOID shopping here!

I placed an order on December 2nd. I didn't receive an email after the purchase. I've already sent 4 emails and tried to contact via instagram and nothing, no one answers. They should be ashamed of deceiving people. I'm going to make a post on my instagram to warn people about this “brand”.

I ordered on the 30 Nov, no order and not a unique reply on email and Instagram! We should make a formal complain to the Spanish authorities - does anyone now the right one?

The quality of the product is extremely poor, and in the general the product I’ve received does not resemble the product on the website or pictures of other “buyers” wearing the item.
Also, the website claims to have a sale on for a limited amount of time, but as the same “count down” is shown every time you visit the page this simply cannot be true.
I don’t recommend buying anything from this company.. in my opinion it’s a scam.

AVOID! The product (jacket) was received but quality is not good and it didn’t fit. I returned it to the address on website and it was returned as “unknown” - it appears the address does not exist. I also emailed and was told no refunds/no exchanges/no refunds. Please AVOID.
