I would be nice to receive an email confirmation just after paying for the order. Currently there is a confirmation in browser, if a tab is (accidently) closed the bestelnummer cannot be recovered.
The delivery was quite fast.

De bestelling wordt laat geleverd
De bestelling wordt laat geleverd. Op de website staat dat alles in voorraad is. Ontvang je een bericht dat er een rubber niet in voorraad is. Nog steeds wordt gemeld dat de rubbers in voorraad zijn. Vervolgens eerst nog mailen om deze te kunnen ontvangen. Vervolgens komt men de belofte niet na.
We have receive a delivery this afternoon and the missing rubber is inside.
We can send the complete order Monday morning WITh DPD for a delivery thuesday or Wednesday to you.
We will also add 2 FREE rubbers protectors for the delay
Can you please just inform if it’s acceptable for you ?

Mixed Feelings
Very happy with the products I purchased. However I very disappointed with the service. I forgot to add something to my basket and emailed to ask if it could be added to my order before it was dispatched. They didn't even bother to respond to my email.
