Such fun and great way to exercise. Best hour of the week

Cancelled class due to instructor injury. They put the make up class on a different day of the week which I am unable to attend and once emailed they said no refund is given. Fair enough if the make up class was put on the same day of the week that i booked but it wasn't. I'm not free Wednesday's. I booked for Thursdays. Very disappointing and very poor policy.

I've been doing DYF for 2.5 years now. I love the classes as they're high energy and a fantastic way to exercise but also enormous fun with great teachers, a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and no pressure to get the moves right.

Great music, Arron is just the best fun and the hours class is like a breath of fresh air in the week.

Very enjoyable experience/ exercise, with good music and great dance instructor (especially Aaron). Highly recommended 👌. (I have been going for last few years, it's a great way to distress and feel good, improve your fitness)

Enthusiastic instructor. Great fun.
Morning class sets you up for the day, mentally and physically.

Teachers are very nice. Lessons are informal and teachers do their best to make you feel at ease
But since I go 3 times a week make up classes often clash with another of my classes and nothing is done to compensate that I loose a class that I have paid for
I think a token for next term or a refund of the class should be available if someone misses a class through no fault of their own
It would be a nice jesture

Our dance teacher Anna creates a truly magical atmosphere. It is such a fun night with her that you don’t realise you are exercising. I can’t wait for Monday nights to dance. We have a great group. Very easy to make friends. Everyone is smiling and singing along with Anna.

Speaking about Harrow: the teacher was lovely and upbeat, and the timings are convenient. But those are the positive things. Classes are scheduled back to back so we always started 10-15 minutes late. If you schedule a 7.30pm-8.30pm class, I recommend you don't have a class starting 8.30pm. Maybe 8.40pm to allow for turnaround and give the teacher a buffer. We were basically standing in the rain with no shade for 10-15 minutes every week. More time was wasted taking a group photo for socials. I understand taking one on the first session and one on the last but every week is excessive, especially with the lack of time. Microphones are needed, we could never hear anything the teacher was saying as she was competing with loud music. Steps are far too complicated, so you don't really get fit cos you're trying to understand the steps. The teacher got a good work out but not so much everyone else. The tutorial videos are sent far too late. First session was chaotic with the teacher having to check everyone in and do the admin which ate into an already late running class.

Ok...I've done it for a few years but I got fed up with the over crowed classes and there is not enough room without hitting someone. Plus if you have been going to a certain class for years and didn't go or book in time it's so difficult to get back your place. Not much loyalty

I didn’t really enjoy it I went once thought about it, when I contacted them to say I wasn’t going. I should have let them know in 24 hours so please be aware of this when paying in full upfront. They didn’t offer me anything at all. I tried to comment on their Facebook but they removed it. Just be aware of the above find an alternative that you pay as you go along.

A most enjoyable & fun class of dance with Gemma, who is a natural instructor & motivator. DYF is a great way to combine dance, music, exercise & fun. The provision of dance videos is a great addition- useful & beneficial. I would highly recommend joining DYF. Jennifer, D09

I feel energised after a class and always look forward to the next class. I did feel nervous at my first class, but everyone is so friendly I had no need to be.
The music is great, and each week there is a new theme.
There are videos online showing the steps for the next class. They are excellent, well put together and are easy to follow.
My fitness level has increased, and I even enrolled for a second class in the week too.
I love to dance, and I like that when dancing you don’t think you are exercising. The time passes so quickly. I don’t want the class to end sometimes I am enjoying myself so much.

I had the most fun with this class than any other exercise class I've ever tried! came out smiling after each class and looking to do it all over again! Such an enjoyable experience and I lost weight and got fit while doing it! Can't wait for the next term 🎉💃🏼🪩
