Completely non responsive. Physical store non existent.

Worst experience ever!!!
- No way to communicate with them. There's a chat on their website but it's useless. I asked to change the number and the address. I didn't get any answer for the address. I received the shoes and neither the number was changed!!
Tried by email, they answered 1 or 2 times and then I received an automatic email communicating that their mailbox couldn't receive any other message
- Shoes ordered on DECEMBER, I was told they need 2 weeks plus shipping --> Shoes arrived in MAY!!!
- Poor quality
- I can't use them because they're not assembled well and are too large on the foot even if the lenght is right
- Shoes different from what they put on the website

Before I ordered shoes, I asked via chat, if I could exchange them, if they don't fit. This was possible, I was told.
So I ordered 4 pairs an after 2 weeks the shoes arrived . But then there was only great disappointment.
1. the shoes were tightly stuffed into plastic bags, so many rhinestone applications were lost.
2. the quality was miserable!!!!!!
3. The shoes looked different from the ones I ordered.
4. The shoes did not fit.
5. Any attempt to contact the company failed: Email address, chat and telephone number are not reachable,.... a fake ???
6. Then in the terms and conditions I found an email and complained. Only after the fourth mail I got a short answer: Information is available in my account..... and it says: no return possible!!!
7. I wrote again , and asked: WHY? Please explain!!!
NO ANSWER
8. I have read in the terms and conditions that you can return reduced shoes within 15 days at your own expense.
So I sent the shoes back, but the adress (138 bd de provence, 06700 St laurent du Var , France) does not exist , the package came back.
Now I'm sure: THIS IS SCAM !!!!!

The best website for dancing shoes, i order always from dance shop meli melo, and im always happy to receive them. Best quality, best service and they do so much for the old customers.

I don't even know where to start. When my order arrived the first thing I noticed was that the sizes of the shoes were completely weird. Shoes in same size felt like they were 1-2 sizes apart. I had followed their recommendations online on how to select size. But none of the shoes I recieved fitted me. The design on the shoes were not the same as in the pictures online, the ones I recieved looked like a cheaper China version of the shoes. One pair had the closing on the opposite side of the shoe than it was supposed to, making it impossible to close. Another pair had lost a huge amount of crystals during shipping, and since the bag they were shipped in was ripped, the crystals weren't even in the bag, so I couldn't even have glued them back on. I tried to communicate with customer service through their website, no answer. Then I tried to e-mail them, no answer. I sent them a message on Instagram, and finally someone answered, but just told me to send an e-mail. When I said that I had already done that and said I got no answer, once again I was just told to send an e-mail. I tried to ask how long they usually lasted to answer e-mails, and this time no answer. Highly unprofessional!!!! Do not buy dance shoes from this website, I belive it's a scam, and they're probably selling made in China shoes for the price of made in Italy shoes.

Update: So, after writing this review and a rather annoyed message once again on Instagram they managed to get back to me. They've told me that they will send me new shoes. So I guess I'll just have to wait and see.....4 weeks.

Ordered an item for a birthday and the birthday past and still have not received the item. Three weeks now.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from the online shop, and waited no less than 4 months for them to be delivered, with constant promises that they were coming soon made from the 2 month mark. When received, 3 pairs were not even the ones I had ordered and completely different. The last pair that was received was far from what was pictured - way poorer in complexity with the design far simplified. There were also about 20 loose rhinestones and crystals that had already fallen off the pair and were scattered all over the bag it came in. The company has been slow to respond and also extremely unhelpful and unapologetic, to the point where I am having to get the European Consumer Centre involved and open a formal case review. Stay away from these fraudsters at all costs!

Scam - beware!
I ordered 3 pairs of expensive dance shoes from this shop. Customer support seemed very friendly and helpful when answering my questions at the ordering stage.
Once I placed my order, I waited over 3 months for it. I contacted Customer Support multiple times and they just told me to wait, as they shoes were being 'custom made' for me.
When the shoes finally arrived, I was horrified. I ordered 3 pairs, obviously in the same size - yet the difference between the pairs was of 2-3 sizes. One pair was too small, and the other 2 massively too large. Moreover, the shoes were drastically different from the pictures - with round tips when they were pictured as pointy, giant around the ankle when they were pictured as smug/tight - these are dance shoes, they are meant to be snug.
Anyway, I contacted the previously so helpful Customer Support with my problems - and this time they just ignored me. The agent on the chat just remained silent and this is when I realised, there is no address for the company and no phone number available.
Complete Scam, please don't be tempted by the stunning styles they display on their website, it is not real!!!
