Fast deliveries and accurate descriptions
I have ordered from First Position a couple of times now and always arrived faster than stated and all items have been exactly as described. I will be using them again and am happy to recommend them. I have never had to use their customer service so am unable to comment on that.

Delivery came quickly and the leotard/shorts I purchased are of lovely quality and a nice vibrant colour.

Great and speedy service. Order despatched same day and arrived as promised the following day. It was helpful being able to track the delivery too. The shoes I ordered are great quality and perfect for my daughter's needs.

Fast delivery, not very secure stitching.
I ordered my shoes on a Friday evening and they arrived on the following Tuesday, nice and quick. Unfortunately, as soon as I tried them on the elastic came off one side so I had to repair it. Other than this the shoes fit well, and are comfortable to wear.
