Terrible customer service
My daughter is a dancer. She has been attending ballet classes since the age of 6 and has recently been accepted at the Swindon Dance Academy which is a centre of excellence for dance. We have bought dancewear from Dance Direct which happens to be based in Melksham about 4 miles from where we live. We had a problem with the size of some items and returned them personally. My wife asked at the time whether they would like to inspect the goods but they said "no need". My daughter had only tried them on once and they were unmarked. Subsequently we were told they were damaged and a refund refused. We appealed to no avail - getting no replies to letters. Eventually I contacted Paul Johnson the manager and he responded by asking for our bank details promising to make a refund. That was on 5th Nov 2013. As at the 24th we have seen no refund and had no response to further emails.
