I highly recommend this app! It’s an amazing and effective way to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. The program is easy to follow, motivating, and truly delivers results. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding — they’re always responsive, attentive, and on top of any concerns or questions I have. I’ve felt supported every step of the way. Definitely worth it!

The variety of workouts. The enthusiasm of the instructors. The nonjudgmental approach. Fantastic!

The training is perfect for my health issues because I have back problems, hip problems
, and aritities in my whole body.
This dance routine is the most effective and most important thing to me because my body does hurt while I am doing it. I have tried exercising on my own. But it was painful afterwords . But I love this routine and it makes me feel better about myself and confident that I can succeed in this program. But the only thing is that it’s a bit expensive because I am on disability so I can’t always pay for it. But it’s amazing for me and my overall health and strength. I love it very much .

I attempted to cancel before my free trial expired but their website is defective and wouldn't let me cancel. I was billed double and sending them emails is useless.
Their instructors go to fast and I can't keep up.

Different dances, moves & levels. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m really enjoying the small bite size tutorials where you can do as little or much as you want

This is a great dance work out to do from home with different varying levels and dance styles to fit in around your own schedule.
Boosts mood and energy and is lots of fun. Affordable too. Would definitely recommend!

My rating is currently based on customer service. I sprained both of my ankles just prior to being able to try the 3 months I had paid. I was able to pause the time to begin the program. And as many of us know with medical appointments, things take time. The pause apparently ran out and I was automatically billed for another 3 months. I texted and explained the situation and they were able to see I never used it and was able to see my previous texts regarding my sprained ankles. They graciously extended my initial 3 months and reversed the automatic payment. With physical therapy only just beginning, I should improve and I am hopeful I won't need to request another extension. The program looks to be great fun and good exercise.

I’m still in my first week, but I am really enjoying the dances so far. The instructors teach the moves really well, making the new dances easy to follow. I’m participating in the 28 day challenge and I’m hoping when it is completed that there will be longer dances instead of the short segments that I am doing now. I’m liking the short segments right now because it gives me the opportunity to try different dance styles.

So much fun! I have just now started so it’s mini workouts for me. 3 or 4 different ones gives me my 20 minute goal. Instructors walk you through each part slow at first, then you put it all together at the end. I am enjoying this immensely. FYI - I am not fit. I am a 5’4”, 166lbs, 56 yo woman. Just recently lost 10 lbs by eating healthy - now I want to lose more but also get fit and toned while I do it.

I signed up for the app after seeing advertisements promoting wellness fitness with K-pop. As someone who loves K-pop, this was the main reason I subscribed.
Unfortunately, after joining, I discovered there were only a handful of K-pop dance options available. When I inquired about this, I was informed that the K-pop content is currently under improvement and that more options may be added in the future. This was disappointing, as the advertising gave the impression that K-pop fitness content was a significant part of the platform, if not comparable to other dance categories.
I contacted customer service to ask about a refund or possibly extending my subscription until more K-pop content is available. Initially, I was very impressed. I was offered a full refund while still being allowed access to the app until the end of the subscription period I had already paid for. I genuinely appreciated this resolution and felt that my concerns were acknowledged.I could give 5 ⭐️
However, later the same day, I received another email stating that my subscription had been cancelled immediately and that I no longer had access to the app. This directly contradicted the earlier agreement and the resolution that had been offered.
While the first response demonstrated excellent customer care, the inconsistency in communication was frustrating and confusing. It raises concerns about transparency, consistency, and consumer confidence. I would encourage the company to ensure their customer service policies and resolutions are applied clearly and consistently.
