From the initial survey and inspection to completing the works, they were very professional, knowledge, punctual and the place was spotless when they left. We have a grade 2 property that needed damp proofing and re plastering with lime plaster which was carried out to a high standard. Andy was very good at explaining the process throughout and you can tell he is passionate about his work which was really pleasing to see. They were also very prompt at replying to any questions we had after their visit. I would highly recommend them.

The work was completed to a really high standard. We were really impressed with the care taken in removing skirting boards and protecting other fixtures close to the area that required treatment. Andy came to our property following a lengthy informative phone call after I received a ludicrous quote and needed a reliable second opinion. I was told by another company that our recently installed fire place was full of rising damp which caused the hearth to crack.I was very suspicious. Andy came to see me immediately did a thorough 3 hour inspection taking readings removing floor boards checking for dry rot and damp and checking joices and timber. There was absolutely no sign of damp. Andy was thorough and very supportive when he found the hearth was not securely installed as there was a void underneath!!!!! Thank god I found Andy at Damp Tech you saved us hundreds of pounds had I believed the first quote!

Throughout the job, from the initial inspection and report to finalising and clearing up, everyone at Damptech was professional, transparent and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and Andy and Alfie often went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to top spec, despite difficult access, and everything was perfectly on schedule. Damptech carried out a damp survey on our chimney breast. Their surveyor was very experienced and helpful and suggested the best solutionfor our issue.
We then chose to use Damptech to remove the plaster back to the bricks to allow them to breath.
Andy and Alfie came to carry out this work. They were a nice pair and did this efficiently and cleared up really thoroughly too.

The Damptech surveyor, Stuart, was very knowledgeable and professional and gave us lots of good advice. The team carrying out the work in our cellar and other parts of the house - Andy and Alfie -did a fantastic job. They worked very efficiently, kept us updated and tidied away really well at the end of the job. They were really nice guys and we are pleased with the quality of the work.
