I would give them negative stars if I…

I would give them negative stars if I could. DONOT use this company.. it's a scam. I bought one knife for my fiance and now they are stealing money from my bank account. They are charging me for items I never bought. 940.00 worth so far. That's not bad enough they refuse to rectify the situation. Other than sending back something I didn't buy. Stay away...fraud.

Lies and Deception

So far as a company they lie thru there teeth. I placed a order on the 29th with 2 day expedited shipping by sunday it had not even shipped. They lied said it would be here Wednesday when it didnt even ship till 6 days after it was ordered and customer service said would be here tomorrow. So far this company is nothing but full of lies and deceit . Run away from this company nothing they say is truth.

DO NOT BUY FROM DALSTRONG

DO NOT BUY FROM DALSTRONG - Deceptive Marketing, Garbage Products, and Non-Existent Customer Service
If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a Dalstrong 10" honing rod, expecting the premium quality they constantly boast about. Instead, the metal literally snapped right off the base during normal use. Upon inspecting the break, it was incredibly obvious why: there was a visible air bubble cast right into the metal. It was a glaring manufacturer defect, plain and simple.
I reached out to their customer service, expecting a supposedly reputable company to immediately replace a defective item. Instead, I was sent on a wild goose chase. They stubbornly refused to do anything until I dug up the original purchasing bill, invoice, order number, and exact date of purchase.
I spent my own time tracking down every single piece of documentation they demanded and sent it over. The response from their Customer Care Representative, Mary Jueco? Basically, "Too bad."
I was informed that I was past their "limited lifetime" warranty window of exactly 70 days. Are you kidding me? Calling a 70-day window a "lifetime warranty" is not just an insult; it is blatant, deceptive false advertising. If you only stand behind your inferior products for two and a half months, just be upfront and call it a 70-day warranty. Don't use misleading buzzwords to trick consumers into thinking their purchase is protected.
It is completely unacceptable for a company to be presented with a clear-cut manufacturing defect and then metaphorically flip the bird to a paying customer. If you have to deal with Mary Jueco or anyone else on their support team, don't even waste your time writing to them—they are only there to deny, deflect, and read from a script.
Dalstrong does not back up their products. They sell defective junk, hide behind scam warranties, and offer zero support when their tools inevitably fall apart. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually respects its customers and stands by its craftsmanship.
— An incredibly unhappy, former customer

I like the knifes ok

I like the knifes ok, I think they are a bit overpriced but I'm usually okay With paying more for good quality and customer service. Recently we bought 4 more knifes as we are slowly replacing our old Damascus set, they were nice and sent us a gift knife (probably for spending several hundred dollars) well two months later the extra knife handle is delamanating and has a chip in it, we got ahold of dalstrong thinking that they will honor their products....sadly to say they offered us a $10 credit!!!!! So I will no longer be replacing my old knife set with this company, they charge a premium price with less then a walmart warranty. I'll find a company that stands behind the products they sell.

Friendly and accessible USA company

I had questions about Dalstrong and raised them on social media. I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from the President, who as it turns out was monitoring their partnerships email address I found in a press release. He was straight up, kind, and reasonable. He answered my questions and invited me to chat live about how theior products could be improved. Who else does this!?

False advertising

Signed up for their $50 discount and then you find out after signing up you have to spend $400 first. Felt uneasy at the start. Now I don't want to purchase. Word of advice: be upfront with your company and people will trust and want to buy from you.

Misleading $50 Signup Promo

Misleading $50 Signup Promo – Bait and Switch

I signed up for Dalstrong’s email and text list after seeing a promo that clearly said: “Get $50 Off when you sign up.” There were no terms listed — no $400 minimum spend, no mention it was only for a future order.

After giving them my info, I got a text saying: “Spend $400+ on your first order, get $50 off your next.” When I emailed support, they confirmed the $400 condition was only in the follow-up message, not the original ad. That’s bait-and-switch.

I filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Canada’s Competition Bureau. Be careful giving them your info — the offer is not what it seems.
