I purchased a wax jacket from Dallas Wear Ltd., in 2023 described as “Premium Quality” to wear as a ‘best’ for shopping etc., having a wax jacket for gardening and outdoor work. This jacket although just a year over has had very little wear, but never the less the ‘corded’ collar has become totally threadbear and frayed along the crease. I wouldn’t say this product was Premium Quality having purchased several similar items in the past at a lower price which hasn’t disintegrated in this way. The 100% cotton is of a much thinner grade that on my others. So buyers beware…….

Don't use the wrong flag
I recently purchased a Men's Premium quality
padded Wax Jacket. The product itself is excellent,
however attached to the jacket was a label stating
made in England and showing the Union Flag, it is
pointed out that England is not the United Kingdom, if
you want to state the item was made in England then
use the St Georges Cross,( Ex British Army.)

Ordered moleskin trousers ,when opened Christmas Day the colour was missing on the back of the leg !!! Rang customer service and received a new pair in 24 hrs . Well done !!!

Delighted with padded wax jacket
Am delighted with ladies Portman padded waxed jacket. Initially I ordered Belmont waxed jacket but found it was too short but having changed to padded waxed jacket found this is exactly what I needed. The padded jacket is roomier and allows for wearing a heavy jumper or gilet underneath if required. Delivery was also very promt.

I highly recommend this company, nothing is too much trouble. I ordered my coat using their sizing chart but it came to small, I sent it back and it was replaced immediately.

Very well made garment
Very well made garment. I received a vest as a surprise gift but it proved too small. Without hesitation, Dallas exchanged it for a larger size and in a different colour. Very pleased.
