Wouldn’t use anyone else. Another job completed by them- exactly as asked, professional tradesmen who turn up on time, clean and tidy and they are always a fair price.

Had to call the team out for a Hot water (or lack there of) issue on a Saturday. They was the only local Tradesmen willing to come look at it on the day. The repair was done within 30 minutes and their pricing was more then fair. Highly recommend Dale's team for any plumbing, electrical or heating issues you need.

Quick response, friendly staff. Turned up on time. Problem swiftly resolved with no mess. The same experience every time we’ve had to call them.

Engineer appeared on time and was respectful and polite. He was equipped with the correct parts for the job ( it was to remove and replace a part of the loo flush) and so did it in one visit. Overall a satisfactory and hassle free service. I would strongly consider for further and bigger jobs.

Had Rhys from Dale Saunders back again. This time to fit a new shower unit. On time, fast efficient, clean and tidy. He showed me what he was doing and explained how he was going to do it. I really appreciate that. The fact that it’s the second time I’ve used them says it all.

Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Just had en-suite installation inc specialist coverings/wood -so not standard work. But all tradespeople were efficient/kept area clean as necessary due to specialist microcement finish. Jamie kept us informed on all he was doing/very helpful/patient - ie re installation of oak cabinet topping.

The service that we received was prompt and efficient, from the provision of the quotation to the replacement of our new boiler.
Our house is c80 years old and gave a couple of problems, this was not an issue to them and the solutions were discussed and executed well.
The engineer was friendly and informative.
I have used Dale Saunders a few times over the last 12years and would have no problem in recomending them.

Had a new shower installed which involved removing tiles as well as a heavy glass shower screen. Rees came and worked incredibly hard. He did such a good job and was a really nice man. He cleaned up after, and did it all in just over a day. Really recommend this company.

Had a new boiler fitted today from start to finish with this company is 5 stars service ,quick and efficient throughout the whole process & completely stress free . The two guys that came round were so lovely , quick and professional & tidy !The small touches of hovering & made sure our carpet was covered with clear wrap as they had to walk to and from van and weather was awful went a long way . All done within hours Can’t recommend this company enough. Great value ,great service , highly recommend!

Had a bathroom fitted in a neighbours flat this week and was very impressed with the standard or work from Jay and really impressed with the cleanliness in which he worked. Hoovered and wiped down each day prior to leaving, including the communal areas. Jay is very professional, approachable and hardworking thank you very much

The plumber who came out was brilliant. Neat and tidy and cleaned up immaculately when he left. We had trouble with five radiators and they just made one change then another until they found the problem rather than pulling the whole system out and starting again. Brilliant service - would definitely use them again.

I needed to replace a leaking shower, they were very helpful in providing imformation for me to select suitable replacement shower valve. Had a speedy response and excellent service and had new shower valve fitted in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend.

We recently had our bathroom remodelled by Dale Saunders Ltd and couldn't be happier with the result. Jamie, the plumber, was professional, reliable, and skilled in all the tasks - plumbing, tiling and painting. He was ably assisted by electricians, a plasterer and Tom kept the place neat and tidy. They cheerfully completed the project despite discovering that more tiles had to be removed than expected while also offering helpful suggestions and design ideas along the way. Dale himself was also very helpful. The end result was a beautiful and functional new bathroom that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Dale Saunders for any bathroom project.
