DAKA Groningen where I bought the On Cloud Monster 2 running shoes, 3 May 25, couldn't assist me further. There is technically nothing wrong with the shoes, so they can't swop it for another pair or refund me. Will contact On.

We received your order in good order on May 4 and transferred it to PostNL on May 6. Unfortunately, there was a delay at PostNL, which meant the package took longer to arrive, apologies!
According to the tracking overview, the package should have been delivered by now.
