DJY Says Order is shipped but the courier just lost in track and order never got delivered

I lived in Netherlands and I have made a big order on 2 Jan 2026 and until today I still haven’t received my order. The last shipment update from DPD was 8 Jan then I emailed DJY and they just said they have contacted the courier to deliver it as soon as possible but DPD still got no update ever since ! So I totally have right to have my money back. My order via dpd with tracking number 01475184298667

terrible customer service

terrible customer service. they notified me that my package has been returned whereas in fact it has not even been sent. had i not checked my email frequently enough, they would have already processed my return. yet, they didn't feel sorry about it and just stopped answering my questions.

So bad experience!

So bad experience!
They promise to ship within 3 days. However, I placed the order on 2th and they even don't send package on 8th. And their customer service don't reply at all. Only Chinese language is allowed.
