Fauly product; bad response from company

I bought a key pouch and even though it arrived pretty fast, there appeared to be a pock mark on the front of it. Upon closer inspection I could see that it was caused by the hot stamping inside of Daisy Rose name and it felt like it wouldn't take much for that pock mark to soon become an actual hole. No response from Daisy Rose for days in their chat, and the two emails listed in their web site were basically nonfunctional, bouncing back my inquirires as not accepted by the company.

Fraud

They took my money and did not provide the product. (wild flower seeds) Will soon turn the over to Bank fraud and OR DOJ.

Poor Product...Poor Customer Service

I ordered a passport holder from Daisy Rose. My passport does not fit in the holder unless I struggle to get it in. I have to struggle to get it removed as well. Daisy Rose refused to exchange the holder despite their product not being the right size for a passport. Despite the items being unused, they refused my repeated emails explaining their product was defective in size, which I did not know until I tried to use it past their 30 day return policy. I will not be purchasing any Daisy Rose products again.
