We recently moved our existing phone system to our new practice, and the entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. The transition was smooth, with minimal disruption to our services, and everything was up and running as planned. The team provided excellent support throughout, ensuring all our requirements were met.

Invoice query

Invoice query - after checking my details and viewing the invoice in question the agent knew the problem before I told him. Problem quickly solved.

I was annoyed the problem could not be solved by e-mail and was referred to the on-line chat, which was a waste of time.

So well done the customer service agent for restoring my faith in Daisy.

Adam was very thorough in investigating…

Adam was very thorough in investigating the issue. We used WhatsApp so that he could see the problem firsthand, as it was related to the hardware rather than the software. Although the issue could not be resolved during the session, he successfully identified the cause and provided clear recommendations on how to fix it, including the need to replace the PC.

i did not realise that changing…

i did not realise that changing providers meant a wastefull set of new telephones and wifi yealink box when the other ones were the same. Also lost all the telephone numbers stored in the phones and now have to reenter them. I am not paying that much less for the cloud voice service.
