AVOID!! This website is a scam. The dress arrived but is poor quality and doesn’t fit correctly because it just isn’t made right. As advertised all over their website, it’s a 30 day guarantee etc etc but this is all a complete lie. The returns address is some random house in China and they won’t provide you with a shipping label or anything. The owners are so unhelpful and refused to give me a refund. In the end they refunded me 25% of the price and told me to just keep the dress.. very strange and unprofessional and I’m now left with a crappy dress and £30 down!!

Scammers
As below, this website and company are scammers!! The item is not as described, quality is horrendous. On contacting them by email they are refusing to provide an address to return to which is in Asia even though they claim to be a ‘London’ company. I will be contacting my credit card company to report them and for a refund. Do not buy from them!!

SCAMMERS, do not buy from them.
They give the impression they have a shop in London and sent via Royal Mail but the reality is that everything is sent from China and the quality is NOTHING like the images. Was sent the wrong size and asked for a refund, they said I had to pay to send it back, emailed PayPal for refund instead.

The item I received is not as advertised. Daisy & Lily has mis sold this item. The fabric is extremely poor quality and the size is wrong. The website gives the false impression that they are based in the UK (not Asia). I require a full refund which they refused.

Really poor quality clothing
Really poor quality clothing. You will notice that they don't provide the material in the description. The item I ordered was 100% polyester, they claimed original cost was £115! You need to pay for the returns to Asia. They offered me a 10% refund to not return my item. Do not buy from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! It’s exactly the same as Lisa and Lizzy and Sage London, just read the returns policy to see what I mean. The clothes are of poor quality and when you want to return them they start offering you discount to keep them; up to 25%. I returned mine to Lisa and Lizzy two months ago and they’re still sat in customs. I eventually got my money back from my credit card. A total scam!
