The quality of the some of the school summer dresses isn’t worth the money. The sizes come up small. The customer service is non existent, and they take forever to reply.
I’m still waiting on a refund for an order I sent back, which they received on the 14/07/26.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the customer service from this company has been so poor that I felt I had to warn others.
I ordered two items on Sunday evening and paid for 24-hour delivery. By Wednesday, I had received no update, no notification, no tracking details — nothing. I called and was told that Royal Mail shipping was down and that they would call me back within 15 minutes with an update. I’m still waiting for that call.
When I phoned again the next day, I was told the items had been sent on Tuesday because they are closed on Mondays (which apparently is stated on their website). If that’s the case, why offer 24-hour delivery when you’re not even open?
By Thursday, the items still hadn’t arrived. I called again and was assured they had definitely been sent on Tuesday. Then on Friday morning, I received a text from Royal Mail saying my parcel would be delivered that day. When I checked the tracking, it showed the items were actually posted on Thursday at 3:15pm.
Why all the misinformation on the phone?
If you’re ordering for a specific date, I would strongly suggest staying clear of this company.
My order was refunded with no explanation. Very frustrating as this was a pair of swim shorts for my son for holiday in a few weeks time.
