No stars. Scam website. Do not use them. Item nothing like the photo. Refused to exchange or refund.
Appalling.
No stars from me. Awful service.
I did not want to even give one star. I have been waiting for my order since February. Always the same replies to me emails when I chase. Check shipping details. Guese I've been scammed.
Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star. Do not order from this company.
Item arrived - nothing like was advertised. Nothing more than a piece of rag. Absolute refusal to accept my item on return and refusal to give me a refund. Rude replies.
Do not buy from UK Best Deals aka Daily Feed
Updated
Bought an oximeter from a company called UK Best Deals, payed via PayPal fortunately, and find that the money went to a firm called Daily Feed. I have tried to get a refund, 1, because I thought I was getting a superior product at £26, but have seen the same for nearly a third of the price, and 2, because I think the device is inaccurate.
I complained via PayPal who looked into the case and have awarded a full refund including the postage.
Thank you PayPal
The item was not what i ordered
The item was not what i ordered - a rip off and not that cheap. Do not use!

SCAM SITE
SCAM SITE!
I, along with a lot of other people ordered a product from smile society in October. Advert states 2-5 dispatch. Still no product and when I chase it up I get a generic email with Chinese writing in the heading. 🤔hmmmm strange eh!
Paid through PayPal so a dispute has been raised with them.
Not even worth 1 star
Not even worth 1 star! Scam! Ordered and paid for at the end of October, still no product.
How are they allowed to operate still!
I've opened a PayPal dispute. Smile society needs to be avoided at all costs.
Please stay away from this scam.
Not even worth 1 star
Don’t even want to give them the 1 star!
Ordered from Smile Society through Facebook over a month ago .. nothing !
I occasionally get a generic mail saying if your waiting for a delivery it will be with you soon
Absolute CON
Why are they still able to do business ?
PLEASE do not buy from them !!
There’s something kind of weird/creepy…
There’s something kind of weird/creepy about their quizzes. The recent one I clicked on out of curiosity and disgust was an ad on Snapchat titled “How Pretty Are You?” With the subtitle “Girls 13-19 Only”. Creepy. I was weirded out but wanted to see what this internet quiz could possible say. It asked questions about hygiene like hair brushing and wearing deodorant, but also asked questions like “Do you use a diary/ planner?” and “How often do you clean your kitchen?”. Clearly this site is just to collect your information and specialize ads on your phone. Disgusting. I feel bad for the kids who click on this and form a connection between prettiness and clean kitchens. Gross.
I purchased a product from smile…
I purchased a product from smile society and the money was sent to the Daily Feed Limited at the end of October, still not received any product so prob best to avoid both companies as everyone else says prob a scam. Opened a paypal resolution to get my money back
They conned me !
Ordered my product rather reluctantly as dubious of FB advert.
I should have stuck with my suspicions. Item never arrived, helpline disconnected. Various non personal email replies. Blaming Covid 19 through to their product being too popular.
Whatever the problems products don’t arrive. Scam scam scam,
Pay but never receive items
Ordered item in October and still have nothing. Emailed as website says delivered in 3-4 working days and just got an automated email back. Currently going through PayPal to get my money back. Absolute con!
Items never arrive email responses…
Items never arrive email responses automated ' pay pal dispute for refund. Avoid this company
Still waiting for my items
Still waiting for my items. Emailed 3 times nothing so I think like other people this is a scam. They keep advertising on Facebook, if anybody warn this is a scam, they take it down and add a new ad.
When will I receive my order
Purchased an product with a company called skinlab london.com weeks ago they quote 2-5 days to despatch.
They take your money and you don't get your order .
Contact details don't exist
Daily feed respond on there behalf by email with the same message every time .message says the item your ordered is very popular and be with you soon .
They have now stopped replying .
Avoid total scam
I appear to have been scammed as well
I appear to have been scammed as well. Placed an order via SmileSociety on 26th Oct and it has not arrived as of 12th Nov. When I contacted their customer services via DailyFeed (?) they said 'give us a few more days'. Now there are no replies anymore ... I guess they have taken the money and run. Off to PayPal now to raise a claim.
Absolute con
Absolute con. Teeth cleaner and whitener never arrived. No reply to emails (only bot replies) DO NOT BUY AS THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. Shame on FB and Insta for allowing them to continue advertising non existing products. Disgraceful
