Polite customer service, Good products

I ordered fragnances from this website on 1. 11. 2022 and unfortunately it came on 22. 11. 2022. I understand, that they have so many orders and they apologized to me about that. But they forgot to give my phone number to the delivery company (probably because I couldn´t fill in the phone number in the checkout) and I had some problems with the delivery company (no number = no deliver). So I had to call the company to fix that (it was in czech depot).
Even all that I would probably order frangnance again and I´ll just send them additionally my number to prevent this again.
