Extreme vibration and lies about cashback

The outside unit vibrates a lot, making it very uncomfortable to leave the air conditioning on. Feels like there is a truck parked just outside with the engine on. The installer already came back to add some extra padding but it did not help. I have had split air conditioning units from several different brands before and never had anything like this, it's borderline unusable.

Daikin also refused to pay a cashback that they had promised when I made the order and just dismissed my questions about it with a standardized reply. All in all I am extremely disappointed and already regret making such a large purchase with a company that provides a subpar product, does not care about the customer at all and lies without compunction. Avoid it at all costs.

Edit after your reply:
You didn't answer any of my concerns. The installer is part of your network and you're responsible for their work. And I don't care about your small-print word games, you promised a cashback and refused to pay, that means you're liars and cannot be trusted.

Regarding the vibrations of the outdoor unit, this type of issue is most often the result of an installation or mounting problem, rather than a defect in the equipment itself. Our products undergo strict quality control, and when installed in accordance with the technical guidelines, such situations do not occur. We therefore recommend discussing this further with your installer, who remains your main point of contact for installation-related matters.

As for the cashback offer, it is subject to specific conditions and requires strict adherence to the procedures outlined during the promotional campaign. If there was an error or a misinterpretation of the instructions by your installer during the process, we understand your frustration, but this does not fall under our direct responsibility.

Bad customer service

If you contact them and ask technical questions on their heat pumps, they send you off. Not a good sign...
