Wish I'd checked trustpilot before buying. Very familiar story: bought the "E-ticket" and it's not valid at Elysium for 3 weeks. Was not possible to check this in advance of course... asked for money back - will update with that experience.
I would not even give this company one star but I could not write a review without choosing that one undeserved star so here I am. I would not recommend to anyone to buy any present cards (cadeaubon) from this place because we received one as a gift just before the pandemic hit and obviously could not use it for a long while.. In the end when we were looking forward to use it, we learned that the card expired (seriously how can a wellness card during pandemic can expire????) and the company is keeping the money the card is worth. When we approached the customer 'care', they were nowhere close to 'caring' or accommodating but giving us arrogant responses back. These people had no clue about customer care. We regret that we even had to interact with such people. So my advice, you better give a different gift to people or to yourself.
